How long does it take to ship my order?

Each order is handmade with love! Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipping.

(During busy seasons, it may take a little longer, but I promise it’s worth the wait!)

What shipping methods do you offer?

All orders are shipped through USPS. You can choose from: Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) or

Priority Shipping (2–3 business days).

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and package size.

Do you ship internationally?

not at this time.

Will I get a tracking number?

Absolutely! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way so you can follow its journey.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

Once a package leaves my studio, it’s in the hands of USPS. If your order is delayed, please allow a few extra days. For lost packages, reach out to me at info@purplepapersstudio.com and I’ll help as best I can.

What if I typed in the wrong address?

Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email me right away! Unfortunately, I can’t replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address.

How is my order packaged?

All items are carefully packaged in eco-friendly mailers and protected so they arrive safely. Stickers and stationery are sealed in cute packaging—perfect for gifting (or keeping for yourself ).

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since items are handmade, I do not currently accept returns or exchanges. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please email me a photo within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll work with you to make it right.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in progress.

Product Materials

What are your stickers made of?

All stickers are printed on premium glossy or matte paper, and laminated for extra durability. They are water-resistant but not fully waterproof—avoid dishwashers and heavy soaking.

What about bookmarks?

Bookmarks are printed on high-quality cardstock, laminated for protection, and in the case of magnetic bookmarks, secured with sturdy magnets.

Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes! I use eco-friendly mailers and recycle shipping supplies whenever possible. My goal is to create stationery that’s both beautiful and kind to the planet.
